Very pleasing image. Strong diagonal composition with plenty of interest all the way through the frame. My only negative - and it is small - is the bit of orange foliage just in front of the green bush by the church; I might be inclined to clone it out as it very slightly upsets the balance. 7.

Another photo that seems to have suffered from the 700kb file size. The colours are lovely. I like that you use the S-bend to lead the viewer through the frame, but wonder if a slightly different viewpoint would prevent the house being obscured (or else completely obscuring it - I do find that my eyes fight to see behind the tree.

If this could be combined with one of the other river photos, you'd have a winner. I love your composition, pleasing sky, and good range of colours in the trees. The only negative - and it is quite crucial here, is the flat dull grey river that acts as a distraction to the main story. If there were reflections of the autumnal colours, it would raise it up completely.

I would guess that this amount of green is unusual for the area, but may be way off mark. The light on the rocks is fabulous, and that, for me, is where all the interest is - the bushes and foliage are, if anything, a bit of a distraction!

What a landscape you have found! This photo, though, does seem to have suffered with the 1200px/700kb limit - I'd love to see a larger version as I suspect it would have much more impact.
