Mathematical pi by kiwinessComment: Excellent focus, detail, and DOF. Very clean shot. Love the black and white, brings out the metal appearance. Cleaning up those specks on the wheel, etc. later is going to make this awesome. |

'Pi' in the eye. by casualguyComment: Excellent shot. I would lkie to have the left part of the eye in the photo also, to give more sense of "wholeness." The blown out upper right corner works great. I think forgetting the rule of thirds on this would have worked better, as stated before. Do I take it that is a contact? |

My Pi(e) are squared.by camelotnorthComment: Very sneaky play on words. If I did not know the challenge, I would not relate this without a lot of thinking. The cropping is a bit off and it is "off kilter" just a bit that it could be a bit distracting. The right side of the pan is blown out from the lighting |

Alpha, Pi, Omegaby EJComment: Not sure I get the title. Having a hard time relating the pi. I can see cylinders and round candle. The background is a bit distracting. I would like to see a natural setting (desktop, etc) for this. |

Cutie-piby kevinswopeComment: Very good portrait. Not seeing the pi reference besides the title. Great lighting, focus, DOF, and use of the black and white. If this was a portrait challenge I would give this a 7 and maybe more. |

Pizza Piby sherComment: there is the pi. Pretty bland colors though. A little tighter focus to bring out the cheesy detail would help, also |

Pi with an Eby OneSweetSinComment: Is a pie, and round, but would think the subject is food without the challenge. It is a bit blurry. Adjusting the white balance and color to make the white parts WHITE would give more impact. The cropping is uneven and almost lost some of the subject out the bottom. Having it centered within the picture would work much better. |

Swalloed by the sea...by kosmikkreeperComment: Pi is represented. The sand is blown out in the top left and makes it overall real bright and hard on the eyes. The focus also appears a slight off, in that I can't make out alot of detail. Probably from the brightness. closing down the aperture may help. |

Natural Piby sunflowerComment: Nice abstract picture. I would like to see more DOF, to bring the focus in on the stamens and leaves both. |

Hi ate my Piby pitsamanComment: Good picture of a squirrel. If I did not see the title, just think that he is eating a wafer |
