I think for your title to be appropriate, rust must be a slightly more obvious feature of your picture.

I was going to say that I would have liked the metal part in focus, but I think I kind of like it out of focus with the focus instead being on the wooden area. Cool pic!

I would have liked the focus on the centre tack beceause my eye wants to go there but then gets drawn back to the 'sharp' tack.

I'm not particularly mathematically/scientifically inclined; however, I don't see the element representative of Pi in this photo. When I think of Pi I think of circles and spheres. Bubbles are spheres, but don't make an appearance in this photo. That said, I'm not voting based on your title. Would have liked a slightly slower shutter speed to prevent the highlight blow-outs, or better yet - assuming you didn't use one - a ND filter. 5

EDIT: by "slower" I meant "faster" OOPS
