She is absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you did the lighting. The only critique I may have is that I would like it if she was looking and reaching into the picture instead of out of the frame (so, more of the grass and dandelions in front of her instead of behind her). I hope that makes sense. But I love the picture anyway.

I love her eyes, they are beautifully captured. However, her hands are a bit awkward for me. Normally when someone rests their head in their hands, the arms aren't crossed so the pinkies are closest to the camera instead of the thumbs. I don't know, the hands just feel "off" to me. But I really like the focus on the eyes, they really pop.

I'm glad we are able to see this little guy again. I sure do hope that people don't lower their votes just because he's shown up twice. I'm not. I think this is just as good as the first one. I love that he is staring at the water drop, that's just too cool.

Those are some blue eyes there. I love the brightness of the pic too, it contrasts nicely with her dark hair which frames her eye beautifully. Great job.
