I am not really qualified to comment since I don't really know what I am doing yet. But I will be happy to tell you my impressions.

First, I love the color of the sky and the sun peaking through the walkway. One thing that I noticed right away though was the lamp post to the left of the archway. To me, it seems to distract from the picture. I know that it couldn't really be helped because of the angle that you needed to shoot from to get the sun where you have it, but it was the first thing I saw instead of the arch or the sun.

Don't know that that will help, just what I noticed.

I can't believe this didn't score higher. This was a 10 from me. We go to a family retreat withJoni and Friends Family Retreat and last time we went my husband organized a fishing time for all the kids. For many that was the first time they had ever held a pole. This picture reminded me of that.

You did a great job with this capture. Thanks for sharing it.

I love this picture! However, as I found out with one of my snow pictures, it's sometimes hard to get the lighting right. This one seems to have a greyish tint to it. A little more post processing should clear that up to brighten it. The reflection is great though.

I love this shot. However, just my personal opinion, I would like it without the top shutters (or overhang, whatever the metal is). That would draw my eye in more to the subject. I think cropping the top inch will make a huge impact. (again, just my opinion).
