Yes its over exposed, but i dont feel like it adds anything to the image. I feel like it makes it bland, and a little uninteresting.

It could be more overexposed. The right side of the photo has excelent exposure, so it doesnt really work for the challenge IMO. Very nice image though.

I dont really like the tone you gave this. Cant really tell if its blue... or green... or even if its on purpose. The R eye looks really weird. Maybe if both eyes were open.
