the focus is more on the hair than anything the sharp lines draw the eye more than the colour which is further subdued by the out of focus hair in front of it...

i'm not too fond of the crop/compo here, i think this would have looked fantastic had you aimed a little to the left and taken it from a place slighty farther back, that way you would get a lot more sky giving more of a sense of speace and the floatation device would sit on the thirds rather nicely. Great imagery nonetheless :)

you missed the bottom left corner on rotating, and the rotation is out anyway, did you use the perspective tool perchance? because the lines are a bit divergent.
