Just thinking by JudiComment: What a beautiful shot, Judi!! I wish I could have gotten farther in my voting...this would have been a 10 from me.
You have the perfect model in your daughter. Her face is the kind that is gonna make a ton of guys cry in a few years...if she isn't already!! I hadn't realized she was your daughter until reading it here. I think she was the model you used for "Fragile" in the Deja Vu III Challenge, wasn't she. Can definitely see where she gets her looks!!
Congrats on the ribbon!! |

About to Apply Mascaraby JasComment: I am mixed about this photo. My heart tells me that the eye should be more in focus, but my mind says that mascara is applied to the eyelashes. But then, I AM a guy and am not really sure if that is what mascara is/does. So, I will go with what could possibly be a mixed up mind and say...nice shot! (8) |

Tranquilityby PascalComment: I would have liked to have seen this one cropped closer. Might have taken away some of the overall affect, but the birds in the water and that one on the reed , if larger, I do believe might have brought the feeling of tranquility more to the forefront.
Great shot, no matter what! (8) |

Paris before you wake upby benpicturesComment: Would of been better I think if there was a little more detail in the buildings in the center. Although can be seen, it is more of a blob than a beautiful morning in the Paris. (5) |

New Yorkby mb2006Comment: The fisheye effect is kinda disturbing to the eye. Would have been better I think if it were more 'normal'. Great shot though! (7) |

The white boothby crisfComment: I love the way this seems almost surreal in a Dr. Who, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure sort of a way.
The darkness in the upper left and bottom right kind of give it an extremely wide angle shot with lens hood attached feel to it that I don't really like. Guess it could be dark clouds and a dark portion of the sidewalk, but it still detracts from the pleasure of the shot.
Overall, however, I really liked this shot! Message edited by author 2008-01-03 02:41:09. |
