There is a lot to like about this image (dramatic clouds, snow on the mountain, the light playing on the mountain), but the "land" part of the image as a whole doesn't inspire me. Maybe it is too much of the flat lifeless foreground or the sense that the mountains are smaller than I suspect they really are. The sense of mountains isn't grabbing me. Please understand this is intended as a helpful comment and not a criticism.

I really like this shot, love the moon and stars in the sky and the angle to the posts leading into the image. The ice on the posts strike me as brighter than they should be...bit of an odd touch.
