I agree with the off center symmetry but straightening the image would not work since the building would tilt the other way after being straightened. It seems that your camera is not parallel to the front plane of the building thus the distortion. There also seems to be a bit of curvature to the sidewalk in the foreground.

I do love the perspective and the massive feel of this building. Keep up the good work.

Try again and work with the aperture settings to see if maybe a different f-stop would help or hinder the shot.
