That is actually incorrect, it might have been the case in the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, but was not the case in the actual book. He looked at it many times.

I guess you should have voted higher ;-)

Of course, if you want to look at inaccuracies, in the book he was younger (about 20) and blond as well, but either way, it is still a very good representation of the story. I think this is very well done. I really like how you represented his 'ugliness' in the painting.

Nicely done, but I would have preferred a little faster shutter speed. The brightness is a little overpowering.

Pretty cool fountain. I like the shot, but I think this would have been better with either a faster or slower shutter speed. Either freeze the motion or get a stronger motion effect, whereas this is somewhere in between.

The boy on the right has a great expression and is reasonably well lit. Unfortunately the boy on the left has neither of these things. It was a great idea, the execution just needs a little work.

Nice action shot, but the other skiers, especially the one in the bottom left are distracting. If you could have gotten this shot with only the snow in the background and some work on the colours and sharpening this would have been a great picture.

Nicely done. Love the facial expression. One small point is that the line in the background is slightly distracting. Still one of my favourites from the challenge though.
