A few technical issue for me, image is very soft and there seems to be some haloing around the person (maybe from shadow / highlights) , white balance seems off. I think it would also work better if you could see the persons face even just slightly ... if the person was still you could also try 1/2 - 1 second shutter speed (assuming you could support the camera) to make the person stand out from the waves
