if you had used a reflector of some kind (an actual reflector, white sheet, something cool colored and reflective) to lighten up the dark part of this mans face, it would improve this image a lot. It is a nice image. nice clearity and focus.

i like the photo. but i think the whites of her eyes and her teeth should be a little brighter or whiter. at any rate. the colors and exposure are nice.

because its such an intricate insect, i wish it was sharper. i like the point of veiw and colors. maybe even the exposure should be bumped up a little. anyways. great photo.

i feel the image is too dark. if that was your intention, you got it! if not, maybe try white foam bard on the side opposite of the light. it works as an excellent reflector. sharpness and depth of field is nice though! as well as your white balance. spot on!
