I love your idea, your portrayal of the idea and that it is in black and white. However, it could have been perfect if the left side of the had wasn't over exposed.

Very well done and a great idea. Good composition, great color on the cheese and good definition on the end of the cheese. My only critique would be that the nearest side of the knife is a little over exposed. Otherwise a near perfect photo. I give it a 9.

After studying your photo again I am raising the score from a 7 to an 9. I really like this a lot. The tones are very warm and pleasing. Good composition and depth of field. Good detail in the shadows. Very well done.
