Hi Lydia ! thought i'd leave you my thoughts on this as you always seem kind enough to leave other people comments :-) i gave this a six because technically theres nothing wrong with it, it's well focussed and well lit. However I don't think the hand goes with the image, the grainy effect makes it look like it was taken with a phone camera or similar and added in, whereas the girls face looks like it was shot with a dslr and studio lighting ! maybe use body paint instead ? i dont like the background so much either, the window is really distracting the horizontal window frame cuts right through her head ! I think this would of done better (and it's only my opinion im no expert !) if you'd taken the idea away from a comfy sit on the couch ! maybe your model could of pulled a menacing face and wore a hoodie ? and then dropped into a night shot of your local city as the back drop ? i'm thinking the girl with upside down face strolling through the city waiting to pounce on her next victim ! i liked the initial idea though, hope some of that is helpful ! in a nutshell i loved the idea, don't like the hand or the window !
