Rajasekar, what kind of lighting do you use? I assume its your home studio? I got some cheap clipons and a floor lamp and I try to create similar effects but it is very hard to avoid shadows.. and if I cover the lights with cloth, the intensity drops drastically.

Is there an alternative to expensive equipment to get a similar effect??

This is such an unusual viewpoint for a(n almost) macro. The background goes so nicely with the details. I just wish the framing had the stem in the bottom right corner. But I guess that didn't make a big difference since you are already sitting at an avg greater than 6.5.

Love the perspective, and the leading lines. B&W helps too. A little but of contrast adjustment may have brought the details in trees up, and a slightly tighter crop at the bottom could do wonders so one of the lines would meet the corner perfectly.
