First off, congrats on the top ten, an excellent score, and a new personal best! I'd say this did very well!

You definitely met the challenge, you received very high scores from your commenters, and the photograph is clean, crisp, and very well executed. I really like the addition of the popped bubble - adds a bit of a different dimension from the simple bubble shot. Your colors are rich without being oversaturated and the focus is crisp where it needs to be. I'd love to offer ideas for improvement but I think you pretty much hit what you were after with this one!

The stippling on the surface from what I presume was formerly another bubble adds a good deal of interest to this. Excellent placid surface that contrasts well with the sharp bubble, and the transition of hues is very pleasing. Likely to be my highest vote.
