It's difficult to see how any photographic elements contributed to this work, vs. the pre-existing elements of the neon art. It looks more like a head-on shot of prior art which is technically not allowed by challenge rules. Since I don't know exactly what was done, I'm voting as though this shot was legitimate, but something to think about.

I would have gone for a much tighter crop with the central figure as your main subject and having only parts of the other two figures showing. Excellent exposure by the way.

That's a wonderful sky shot, if I may be so bold as to suggest, perhaps a little burnt out in the heart?

But even so you will be able to use it as an add in sky in many a shot as well as appreciate it as it stands.
