I think that this is an DNMC however I think that the focus and composition just isn't there either. This site looks very interesting with the half submersed vessel on the left. The color balance looks good though.

It appears you may have misunderstood the challenge requirements. I just don't see the juxtaposition in the shot.

The photo appears a bit dark with some of the more interesting details obscured. Also, it would stand a bit stronger composition wise if the top of the boom was not cut off.
