But I don't want to go to schoolby Snorri94Comment by ineedauniquename: hmmmmmm..... now an multiple exposure putting a man walking on water is one thing but your picture is another. Still the rules are rules and in this case very clear. But all the same I still think this is a cracking good photo both in execution and connection to the challenge. (sorry hope not gabbling but just had a band rehearsal and so a little tipsy) |

But I don't want to go to schoolby Snorri94Comment by SandyP: I'm so sorry about your dq of this amazing, story telling photo! Being so brand new to dpChallenge, it is so perfectly understandable how that could happen. It looks like you are an awesome photographer, and I look forward to seeing more ribbons from you!

But I don't want to go to schoolby Snorri94Comment by nutzito: your honesty is very much appreciated, don't let the dq affect your dpc-enthusiasm, keep up the excellent work!.
Originally posted by nutzito: Huge congrats on the ribbon! But I am afraid you will be dqd based on the precedents of what the SC has done in similar cases, when the author posted (as part of the description) an explicit violation of the editing rules. SC has reconsidered their decision, at least in one of those cases, after the author claimed the self-incriminatory description was a wording mistake. |
