But I am afraid you will be dqd based on the precedents of what the SC has done in similar cases, when the author posted (as part of the description) an explicit violation of the editing rules. SC has reconsidered their decision, at least in one of those cases, after the author claimed the self-incriminatory description was a wording mistake.

I agree with K10D guy (I cannot believe I just said that!). I wish you the best, but I think you are going to have an issue with getting it validated. :(

From the rules: create your entry from 1-10 captures of a single scene (defined as a scene whose composition/framing does not change).

I think that composition would definately include the running children. Especially considering they were within your creative control. (not like clouds or wind-blown grass which will move but not be within the photographer's control)

I do hope I am wrong about that, because it is a great image, and I would hate to see anyone lose a ribbon. Good luck. (and I DO mean that)
