This just has to be one of you Icelandic gang, doesn't it? great work - especially to include that little clump of flowers to contrast the rest of it. I like alsi the fact that it's full colour - way too easy to go black and white for this challenge it seems. Whilst the light is excellent, the bulle sky lets things down a bit - just a touch too pleasant really, and you already have the flowers to add an edge. On a grey day ...

Fabulous! Definately desolate. You gave us so much to look at in this shot that you could have chosen to leave out such as the rocks & flowers and the snow and I'm so happy you included them. You have a wonderful eye for composition. You were very lucky with the sky, I think. 10

Great landscape and good quality image. The rock put too much weight to the photo though. I wonder what woud it be like if you cut the rock out, make it more landscape and show more of blue sky.
