I like the irony...I think you could have entitled this "Eat and Run". I am guessing (hoping) this is something that you happened to see by chance rather than something you set-up (in which case, I'd assume you'd have had better focus, light). I'll add points for being in the right place at the right time.

Ok, I'm looking at a few things here. This looks like it was taken at night or dusk. The taillight of the car in the upper left needed to be cropped out. It jumps out at the viewer. The number on the parking space (which is dead center) attracts my view as well. Overall I think you may want to try sharpening the image a bit. Hope this helps... good luck.

I do get what you were trying to accomplish, but the image, I feel, is weak from a photographic stand point. It is very grainy. This might have worked better indoors with her on a treadmill or something. It would have allowed for better light, and some better options for composition.
