Broken Heartsby royansComment by mbardeen: I love this shot! It's simple and direct. There's a bit of noise which is distracting, but not overly so. The DOF works great to set the hearts apart from the base. I especially appreciate the lighting and composition. Good job! |

Broken Heartsby royansComment by Rastas: Shiney stuff always works for me. The highlights in the top of the heart curves are a little disconcerting. I like the graduated backround.
The warmth of the wood and the red heart infill contrast wonderfully with the hardness of the metal. 8 |

Broken Heartsby royansComment by Kavey: Well composed and good choice of angle. Background a little unevenly lit. Colour balance seems a little yellow, was that intentional? |

Sacred corner in my houseby royansComment by Quadrajet: The shallow depth of field works well in this shot...it gives a sense of depth to the beads as they trail into the background. I like the violet color of the image, but it's a bit too brint in places for my liking. Overall, I feel this is a decent shot, nice work. |

Sacred corner in my houseby royansComment by adine: Interesting DOF I like the effect of the blurry beads and metal in the background. Wish the foreground was all sharp. I like the gradient of purple. |
