Very creative shot! I do like your process and clearly showing advances of fall. The Radial blur makes me want to look deeper into the photo. Very effective process. I don't know if you have any control over the background on top of the leaves, but the structure is just a little distracting, I still give you 7 for this creative photo.

The solar bloom kind of spoils the over all effect of this. Just my opinion, but if the sun had been cropped off - say one third of the left side, it would have been nearly perfect visual impact.
