Wow excellent, love the use of depth of field. watch that you dont crop your subject matter too tightly, esp at the bottom, would have been nice with a little more room there. Great colours, well done.

White balance is off. I'm not familiar with your camera model, but I would suggest exploring the settings to find out what works and when it's useful. Tip - if the skin is too orange (like in this image), try another setting.

Awkward perspective. Not sure why you opted to shoot from that angle, but it doesn't look nice.

Messy editing on the background. I can clearly see tool marks around her chin and nose.

Overall digital noise from the 400 ISO I suspect. Not many folk like noise of any kind.

Having said all that, I gave your entry a 7 also. I may have been drinking ;)
