A white background is always a good move. But its cleanness reveals all the coffee dust that's on your sheet. The picture is slightly askew too, which bugs me. And there's just too much blurry beans.

I would have liked this picture much better if you would have only photographed falling beans. Or made them fall into a huge pile of other beans, so that the whiteness would've only been in the background.
