The blown portions of the sky draw my eye from the interesting parts of the composition. I wonder whether, given the sky as it is, it might have been better to crop as much out as possible?

i think a closer zoom/capture would give this more of a 'wow' factor for me... the little girl with her arms grinning at the bubbles- is an excellent focal point- the rest seems very distracting to me... - i think its because i can clearly see her expression of joy and laughter as she's about to clap her hands on a batch of bubbles - zoomed in on her with the others in the background either sharp or a little OOF its very colorful so perhaps that is also what is pulling my eyes all over the place.. maybe - as is ... black and white conversion? or selective de-saturation? just thoughts/suggestions- its about 1am - just trying to comment and be helpful! :-) goodluck !
