I have pulled this image up about 4 times and I'm guessing this is a dream for the parents, KILL THE TELETUBBY and nightmare for them? If the stocking over the head was black, like the hangman's cover and the Teletubby was larger or the perspective was slightly different I would have scored much higher on this one.

The leaning pole is a little distracting. Looks like a lot of the small towns around here. I like the effect of the evening light. The composition doesn't look to well thought out. I maybe would have picked out some detail that was interesting and tried different things with that. The thing that draws my eye is the awnings and sign on the left side of the street.
