A parking lot seems like a great idea for potential chaos, but I don't get much of a sense of that here. As for the technical parts, the blown highlights in the sky are a problem, and the white balance appears to be off. The angle is also kind of boring--a higher or lower angle would make this more interesting, instead of just taking it from a standing position as it appears you've done. Main thing is to really think about what's being included in the image and why.

I see what you were going for with showing the whole scene, but I think this could have been a more powerful shot if more focus was given to one cow (maybe using the rule of thirds).
