Sorry if I sound like monday-morning QB...

Would have been really nice if you got a lower perspective so that the stream really came out of the bottom of the image. Also, move the person closer to make them the main subject and the viewer can see what he is doing. Last minor thing is to get rid of the car on the left.

Seems like the colors could use a little more saturation and the image as a whole a bit of sharpening. The composition is alright but the light puts the emphasis on the sky and tree tops while the person and the stream compete to be the subject. (Would also have cropped in from the left to eliminate the car.)
