Nice shot, but I think it would be really strong if you cropped in the sides so the centre of the arch was at the centre of the image, cropped the bottom so it was just past the power pole reflections, cropped the top so the top of the bridge was on a 1/3 line, and then cloned out the power poles and lines in the sky and pole reflections in the water. (Though the cropping alone would be a big improvement)

Thanks for the kind comment! Yes, an overlay. Started out as a Polaroid (well, The Impossible Project instant film actually).
