Intermissionby richsamsComment by photom: What an expression. Title could be "What the H#$# am I doing here?" Great colors and composition. Best of all - you captured a great pose, great expression, and just a hint of spectators to add interest. The white round spot behind his head is a bit distracting. Great submission - thanks for sharing. |

Peachesby richsamsComment by dertyklobb: Wow...this picture is awesome. Photographing pets is especially difficult because so many people just fuck it up. You do it perfectly. Thank you. |

Peachesby richsamsComment by Stewan: A little less light and more sharpness/focus on the kitty would improve the photo |

Peachesby richsamsComment by faidoi: Good monochrome. Love how the cat looks extremely relaxed. Great expression on it's face. The soft focus on the cat gives it a calming feeling. "10" |

Peachesby richsamsComment by seanc: Sorry for the comment yesterday, bad day.. Technical aspects of your picture are alright. lighting is pretty good. composition is alright however I would like to see something on the left, maybe the cat could be looking at something instead of starring off into space. focus need some help it's focused in front of the cat, would be better if it was on the eyes themselves. Other than that it is still not a still life, I know this is a controversial subject here right now but in my opinion just because life is still does not make it a still life in the classical sense which is what the assignment was. |
