I like the water, reflections and shape of the bridge. I think a longer lens or tighter crop to remove the large dark expanse in the foreground would have made a stronger picture.

Awesome shot and perspective/composition- you included just enough of the water and bridge. The light and shadow is good- but the color reveals teh digital brown-green of the water. I wish this was a bit more vivid and contrasty- but only luck could really improve that aspect(time of day, weather, etc). still its great, nice shot.

In my humble opinion, this would have had more impact if ou cropped it a little shallower. That is, more under the bridge. as the phrase implies.

While this fits the contest, I just find this to be an uninteresting shot. The bridge is nothing remarkable, nor is the water. Maybe try another image where the water is moving (and you can tell it is moving) or the bridge has something going on.
