Hey apostle i don't know if you have access to photoshop cs 8.0 but if you do you should use the shadow highlight key function is balancing your image. put out more details in your highlights and your shadows.

Very nice, you should do well with this shot. The only thing that keeps taking me away from the center is that darn crane on top of the buildings on the right. I might have cropped this to remove the taller building on the right, I think people would still get the centered theme even if this was tall and narrow.
