OK, I let go...by dtouch1Comment by Pidd: Your biggest problem here is perhaps your choice of backdrops. The toy gets washed out since they are of such similar colors and tones. The lighting does little to help the situation. |

OK, I let go...by dtouch1Comment by MaestroGeek1: I think this is a good concept, but I would habe tried to ghost the stuffed animal more. At first glance, I almost missed the translucence. |

24 hour serviceby dtouch1Comment by jmsetzler: Greetings from the critique club :)
Hi dtouch1...
I think you did a good job with the painting with light here... For me, the shallow depth of field doesn't really work well in this photo. I don't see any particular need for it and it doesn't really isolate any specific point of interest in the image. The balance could also be a bit better with a little light on the left side of the truck so it doesn't seem void in that area....

Got niunai?by dtouch1Comment by JC_Homola: Greetings from the Critique Club
Good idea!
The combination of red and white is great. It's original and the angle you shot at is also well chosen.
On the down side: It appears a bit tilted, and the light is just a bit harsh.
I think that if you had set this up so there was less red it would have helped.
Either move the glass back towards the background or change the angle. Also if you could create a sloping background to give it more depth and have it appear more seamless that might help too.
Hope this helps.
