	City Lights by M.O.C. Comment by JuliBoc: Not marking it down for this, but it seems like it would fit better in the Rural Landscape challenge. I think it's an marvelous capture of a very stormy sky. Love the layers of the starry blue, the roiling clouds, the natural and artificial light, and the silhouette of the earth.

	City Lights by M.O.C. Comment by meyers: There isn't much "urban" in here; maybe this would have ben a better shot for rural landscapes. It's a great shot though, just misplaced.
