A good attempt.
It appears that everything but the model is in focus, which takes away from the photo. Also, the picture is rather small, which takes away from the detail we could have seen. But I can see the levitation attempt, which looks pretty good. Just some adjustments and the photo would have popped.

As a photographer I truly appreciate the idea of what appears to be a class doing this challenge as a project. If this is the case then please do not be discouraged by the score... which I am sure is very low. You are allowed to enter an image up to 800 pixels wide and this is considerably smaller than that, so that is your first mistake and probably cut your score in half. A faster shutter speed would have helped freeze the action better giving the illusion of levitation.

If photography is something that interests you then there is no better site to learn on than this one, so please kep submitting and learn as you go.

Faster shutter speed would cure the motion blur. Boost the ISO for that if needed. Larger presentation would help as well.
