The backing adds a classy touch to this shot. The sheet's colours balance well with the violin. The music, itself, though is a bit dark. The white of the paper could be brought out more. The right side of the instrument, too, is too dark, indicating a general underexposure in the scene. 5

Nice picture. The blue ceiling and muted pallette gives this one a calming feeling. And I feel it does fit the challenge, maybe an article about airports around the world. The only thing I feel that could be improved is the composition. It's hard to tell exactly what the center of interest should be.
Are you having problems resizing your pictures? If you post a question in the forums, no matter what program you use, someone will help you out with information on how to do it properly. The only reason I say this is because it looks like you took this with a camera that is capable of producing much larger pictures without degrading the quality. I will try to come back later and delete this part so it doesn't show after the contest is over.

Don't care for this border with this shot at all, atleast not that color, also not a very interesting subject for this picture, nothing to really draw ones attention and keep it for any amount of time...sorry.
