I like that this appears to be just a right place right time shot. I like the lady skipping and the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop - it is a little slice of time and place that you captured here. Nonetheless there are some things that could be better about the composition - some within possible control and others not (or maybe). First off the woman is wearing really dark clothes that portions of her does not contrast/pop off the dark tones of the car. If you took several shots and speed burst mayhap you captured one where she is skipping by the lighter colored car. That is the within possibilites to do the next suggestion may not be as possible. The dark car on the far right blocks what might be a great shot of the street that could act as a leading line/horizon line to the Eiffel Tower. If the car is turning (can't quite make out if there is a driver) then again continuous shooting may have rewarded you with all the right conditions. If the car is parked then those set of conditions sadly are not available such that you have to just seize the moment that you can.
