Not too bad. a lower angle would have been better and might have allowed you to removethe orange extension cord onthe sidewalk. also, a polarizer filter would have reduces the windshiled reflections and added punch to the sky. Could be abit bigger too.

I thought about doing this one again -- it's a good idea -- seems your focus is a little soft or possible some more DOF would be better.

You've got a solid idea here. Unfortunately, the image as submitted is so small I'm afraid it might not do as well as it could. Good use of depth of field. Title distracts from overall shot as the teeth of the saw don't appear to be in sharp focus, but this could be a result of the size of the submission.
