An interesting image that contributes well to the open challenge
You’ve captured a quiet reflective moment here Mark, we’re observing the girl observing the scene and the water creates a tranquil effect to the whole. I think the obelisk adds to the scene but I’m not so sure about the rest of the right it doesn’t really do a lot to add to the scene. I think a square crop would work much better here, excluding everything on the right including the lamppostâ€Â¦? |

Congratulations on your well deserved blue, a worthy winner. First and foremost you have captured a lovely image of your daughter that will be treasured and enjoyed for many years to come, for that alone it is priceless. For me there is a wonderful dynamic of the blurred background as she spins through an arc clearly enjoying the experience as evidenced by her lovely smile. It truly is a lovely image, well worth the bad head Mark! |
