Nice, gives you the idea he is alone, totally alone. Only thing bothering me is the slight slope to the left, could be fixed in PS easily.

Nice feeling of solitude and silence. I might perhaps have cropped the very left side of the image to remove the end of the bench and what looks like a black doorway or something to simplify the composition just a tad, but otherwise I like where you've placed the figure in the frame and the cold archetectural details really add to the feeling of silence that this gives the viewer.
