Excellent motion. Water is not over blurred to the point of a haze. The red water wheel adds the dash of color needed and the cast to the picture adds a timeless quality. Overall a relaxing photo.

nice composition. did you use a ND filter? It might have helped get a longer exposure thereby giving the water more of the "cotton candy" appearance.

Humourous shot, although this looks too much like a snapshot for it to be effective as a magazine cover. Because you are using average metering with a bright background, the picture is underexposed. You should have exposed for the dog's coat.

(I'm writing this to everyone who submitted a landscape shot) The challenge was to produce a shot worthy of a magazine cover but to me a shot like this is not suitable to be put on a "portrait" format magazine.


---ADDITIONAL---
Due to forum discussions and accusations that marking landscapes down is nitpicking, I'm going through them and remarking. I still think some of the landscapes would not make good covers because of their orientation but I am no longer marking down because of that.
I still think landscape is inapropriate for the majority of magazines but I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the photographers.

Cute dog. The lighting here is not good for the subject....we can't really see the dog's face much and the background is too bright.
