I like this photo of the pen poised over the 'yes' or 'no' tick boxes. It addresses the challenge really well. Even the empty space to the right of the photo seems to depict 'thinking time'. I hope you don't get 'out of focus' comments 'cos the blurriness of the 'yes' and 'no' print does serve to make people look more than once at this image- which I believe can be very creative of the photographer.

The "yes" and "no" need to be a little bit more in focus, I had to look closely to see what you meant. Otherwise, a very nice macro.
