Excellent street scene. I love all the elements and the 'characters' in it, how they are all doing their own thing and the whole thing just tells a story but I'm not sure what it is yet. Very interesting.

Lovely soft focus and lighting. Very peaceful composition, but I feel it needs a little something to just give it some pop, as the choice of low contrast processing makes it hard for the eye to settle on a focal point. A nice splash of color or dodging on the house may have been the trick? Critique aside, still love the image!
