And for some weird reason I do like the lighting here.
what I don't like is the background. No shadows, no signs of floor, just nothing. looks too weird to me. I prefer to see at least some hints of the floor.
Also, if you were on it already, why not cloning out the shadows on her wrists?
I think you should either bring back some floor or erase those other shadows too.

Old Blue Eyes

Another beauty. it looks like painted. I love those kind of photos.
I like the matching between the blue "eyes" on the butterfly's wings and the blue part of the background :-)
The only thing I think I would try to do to this image is get the top half part of the background a little bit darker, so that the bright line around the butterfly's wings will stand out more and it wouldn't blend into the background.
