Really love the angle you shot this from. The angles of the building creates a lot of good visual interest. I love the detail you've captured in the buildings and the juxtaposition between the old and the new works well to create a story. I am undecided on the tree to the right. It helps frame the shot but it also obscures our view of the building behind it. You could also do this in sepia, black and white and other monochrome but I really like it in color as well.
