Last Surferby DiscraftComment by dartompkins: Lovely, probably a winner. I personally would have bumped the color up a tad, but the light on the waves and the almost silhouette are very nice. |

Last Surferby DiscraftComment by Kathryn8: Fantastic photo, with a great range of tones and values. The darkness of the surfer and his board with the reflection really adds to the photo. IMHO, If you did a few things to it it would really have punch....increase the saturation and contrast and adjust levels. I copied it and also ran it through Neat Image and liked the results. The horizon line is crooked and it is too close to dead center for my tastes. Still I love it and am giving it a high score. |

Last Surferby DiscraftComment by PhilipDyer: This is a really great shot and a perfect subject for this challenge. I think the image would be a bit more dramatic if it were darkened, but it still looks great as it is. Very nice job! |

Last Surferby DiscraftComment by rmtm333: Beautifully composed candid and use of framing (for both the surfer and the for the sun). In my top 10 for this challenge...7. Great image. |

Last Surferby DiscraftComment by snackwells: Love the sky and the waves in this shot. Exposure is excellent in this shot...was probably quite difficult to preserve the dynamic range. The only suggestion I can make is to level the horizon with a fractional clockwise rotation. Still, not distracting enough to be a major issue. One of the best this round. 9 |
