I don't know much about super wide angle shooting, so is the center of this shot a little soft? Or is that the nature of the lens? I think this is very interesting. I like how you used equipment (lens) to manipulate the shot into being the theme.

Great job! A very nice water shot. In my eyes, it borderline meets the challenge of a 'beach' theme, so my score is mediocre, although the photo is quite lovely. Not as exciting as some in this challenge. A water shot, or even a shoreline shot, does not always mean 'beach'. And meeting the challenge, to me, is the first and most important thing, if that isn't done, then anything else is unimportant. Doesn't mean it's not a beautiful and creative shot, because in this case, it absolutely is! I do love it! I went back and forth on how to score your pic, but I do vote low for those that I don't think meet the challenge, so to be consistant, I am voting this lower than I want for the reasons stated above.

Very nice composition but I would of loved to see the flower with more pop. They seem to be very soft focused and not sharp. Maybe the wind was blowing. The border a little large for this picture IMO. Nice DOF and lighting.
